Alessia Ingenito received her bachelor’s degree in International and Diplomatic Science in Bologna in 2019, focusing her studies on colonization processes in Africa and Middle-East. Her path has always been oriented by the willingness to understand and tackle social and economic inequalities. The enthusiasm for the world of information led her to the master’s degree in Communications and Media Cultures at the University of Turin. Besides giving communication techniques, the academic program opened an additional perspective on the newest kind of inequality: the one encoded in algorithms.
