The directors of the Nexa Center for Internet & Society supervise and coordinate the activities of the center. Their main references are, at the executive level, the IT Manager, the Communication Officer and the Project Manager of the Center, while, at the advisory level, is the relationship with the Nexa Board of Trustees. The directors appoint the Fellows of the Center.

Juan Carlos De Martin is co-founder and faculty co-director of the Nexa Center for Internet & Society at the Politecnico of Torino, Italy. He is also Faculty Fellow at Harvard University Berkman Center for Internet & Society and a Senior Visiting Researcher at the Internet and Society Laboratory of Keio University (Tokyo).

Maurizio Borghi

Maurizio Borghi is Full Professor of Commercial Law at the Department of Law, University of Turin. Previously, he was Professor at Bournemouth University, where he directed the Center for Intellectual Property Policy & Management (CIPPM).

Marco Ricolfi
Co-Director
Prof. Ricolfi, was born on 19.7.1952, received his degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin on 1974. Master of Laws, Yale Law School, 1975-1976. He currently is professor of Intellectual Property Law at Turin Law School, where he also teaches Business Law.
