Turin, July 2025
The Nexa Center for Internet & Society – Department of Control and Computer Engineering of the Politecnico di Torino, has signed a scientific cooperation agreement with the Accademia Albertina di Belle Arti di Torino (Albertina Academy of Fine Arts of Turin), which adds to the one established in April 2024 with the Department of Law and in March 2025 with the Department of Philosophy and Educational Sciences of the University of Turin.
The common objective of the agreement is to promote research and teaching paths that integrate art, science and new technologies, enhancing an interdisciplinary dialogue aimed at investigating digital transformations and their role in today’s cultural, social and anthropological processes.
With this aim in mind, the agreement encourages research activities such as the recently launched Doctoral Summer School 2025, an initiative that intends to experiment with new educational and design models capable of responding to the emerging challenges of the digital ecosystem.
This synergy confirms the commitment of the institutions involved in contributing to the development of a shared innovative culture that recognises the essential role of interdisciplinarity in understanding and designing the future.
