Dr. Cristiana Sappa holds a degree in Business Law, a post-graduate diploma in Intellectual Property and New Technologies and a PhD in Private Law, major Intellectual Property Law and Competition. Her main research fields are Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law, with a particular interest in digitization related legal issues. She is currently Assistant Professor at ESCP Europe, where she teaches Business Law. She is also project coordinator of the LAPSI 2.0 Thematic Network.
