Phillip Takhar is a JD candidate at Harvard Law School, where he has worked with the Journal of Law and Technology and the International Law Journal. In the past he has written about visa developments between the European Union and third party states and anti-piracy developments in the European Union. He is currently researching the implications that the Internet of Things may have on privacy law and the potential for blockchain technology to be used as a tool to protect privacy rights.
