Carmela Devita is pursuing a Master’s degree in European Legal Studies at the University of Turin, where she also earned a Bachelor’s in Global Law and Transnational Legal Studies.
She is currently conducting research at the Nexa Center for Internet & Society, focusing on data protection in the European context and exploring the positive impact of the GDPR. Her academic and research interests lie at the intersection of law, technology, and sustainability, with a commitment to fostering ethical innovation.
Her experiences abroad, including Erasmus exchanges in Norway and Spain, have strengthened her adaptability and intercultural skills. Beyond academia, Carmela is actively involved in initiatives that promote education, inclusion, and environmental responsibility, combining knowledge with action to contribute to positive change.
