Bryan Khan is a researcher affiliated with the University of Turin and the University of the West Indies. He holds a PhD in Law and Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has worked in the field of telecom and broadcasting policy, focusing on the regulation of broadcast retransmissions. Bryan also works as a private consultant in intellectual property law and economic policy, and teaches intellectual property law at several institutions. At Nexa, his research work focuses on the interface between European information law and trade secret protection. His other research areas include the role of social norms in copyright law, the political economy of intellectual property law, and Caribbean economic development.
